I have, in my life experienced so many relationship and that perfect one still eluded. But Im not looking anymore, it's just that they keep finding me and I dont want to be selfish to them
Ang gulo ko no?
The other day I have a dilemma, and this almost perfect lady offered me some help which will blow you out of your seat, but still, I cannot call her perfect.
Nelson, you are just making me choose a decision now with this thread you created.
Enzo my man, you are making perfect sense. (dehins magulo, malinaw pa).
When you're always a gentleman to the ladies (and men included),
people take notice and keep in mind.
When I got married, a lady friend of mine told me that she's a "golf widow" because her husband plays golf all day, all week.
I told her that I played golf with my wife and the minute we found out she was pregnant,
i stopped playing and it has been 7 years since I've seen my golf buddies. I've quit.
(I do swing the club just to stretch the muscles here and there
)
I also told her that I'm a party organizer and photog,
and that my kids are always with me during the party events.
We are having a grand time as a family.
And then her reaction was shock.
Why? because...
a year before I got married I was going out with this lady.
She rejected me but didn't say why.
I asked her if anything was wrong with me, if she wanted me to change.
She said it's not me, it was her.
So I let go and married my present wife, and lived happily ever after.
So the moral of the story is...
it is very difficult to judge a person.
Judge him/her as imperfect, not good enough,
then marry somebody perfect (or good enough)?
You can never be sure what you're getting (or missing).
Remember Tom Hanks in the movie FOREST GUMP
when he said: "Life is a box of chocolates"?
So advice to all the single guys out there,
please be respectful and courteous and be a gentleman.
To the married guys, treat your wife and your children the best you can.
Do that, and the other women will find out, queue up to you, make offers,
even knowing that you ARE married and happily so.
Enzo knows this very well.
You should too!
It's a wonderful feeling.
