oh no, another hobby that's waiting to be tried . . . . . ever had any problems with security when you carry one of those things in your car? They look super realistic. I can imagine going into the mall parking with one of 'em assault rifles in the back seat . . .

its relatively safe to put it in your car but put it in the trunk with an enclosure, a box will do, and remove the batteries and the magazine. most parts are easy to remove also. i always put an orange cap at the muzzle to show its just a toy they really look realistic coz its a replica, they weigh almost like their real counterpart. playing airsoft is like counterstrike, you dont die but you bleed ;D ;D ;D ;D

I can imagine going into the mall parking with one of 'em assault rifles in the back seat . . . Transporting the gun was one of my major concerns (the reason why I decided to quit as well) when I was still playing beng beng.. Even though there was a memo signed by the chief re-classifying airsoft guns as air rifles, I wasn’t comfortable placing the gun in the trunk of my car. I’ve heard a lot of stories about guns being confiscated by the lespu and never seeing them again. This happened to me. We were going to play at Nayon Filipino that day and of mine, who works for Cathay Pacific, asked me if he could he could hitch a ride to the game site.. I totally forgot that I had all of my stuff in the trunk. When the airport lespu opened my trunk, they were alarmed to see a vest with a lot of magazines sticking out and a long gun bag. The people inside the car behind me were alarmed when I was requested to bring out my M14 ;D. Fortunately, I just waited for there commanding officer and I just explained that the gun was battery operated and that I was there to pick up a friend before we headed to Nayon Filipino. It was a good thing that officer is familiar with airsoft guns and Nayon Filipino being one of the game sites so he let me go after 30 minutes.

Im looking for a Gas Blow Back Pistol KSC or TM sana Fafa Arnel, there are good GBB pistol brands. Too bad I sold my KSC USP na . You may also want to consider Western Arms pistols. These guns are well detailed, even the brand and markings. Parang totoo na talaga. Btw I still have a big can of Top Gas, I'll just give to you.

honga...what is the status on the issue regarding these toys, are they legal or illegal ? There are a lot of arguments about the classification of airsoft guns. About a year ago, the PNP Chief signed a memo re-classifying airsoft guns as Air Rifles provided that the guns are registered and that sellers should have a special permit. Before you can register your gun it must pass through a plywood test so the power of the gun can be regulated (about 450-480 FPS?? Im not quite sure). Up to this day, I haven't heard of any gun registration that happened, nor permits that sellers applied for. On the other hand, there was a Presidential Decree signed by Marcos saying if you are caught with a replica gun (even if it is a toy), you will be charged for illegal possesion of firearms. Medyo bomlabs pa talaga. So my suggestion to the PinoyMTBiker airsfoters, print a copy of the memo signed by the pnp chief (Meron ata sa FAS) if ever muhuli kayo ng parak. ;D We can also ask Savers to post his take on the legality of the beng beng.

head shot! squad gearing up token Friendster shot! mwahahaha thanks Arnel for inviting me to join. Pretty intense, especially once those bullets start raining down on you! though, i like it better when there's a coordinated effort mala SWAT effect like you see on TV. Gives a more realistic feel to it, "squad to the left!! push push push!!" if it's bara-bara it ain't so much fun. people tend to pack-up in chokepoint areas waiting for a break. I suggest we do squad trainings para cool!

nyahahaha you know i'll take up this sport if we can have regular "trainings" as a squad. Seriously, I don't like the bara-bara way of playing. I love it better with a squad leader shouting out the commands I think it will be more fun that way. Btw, ever considered going realistic in terms of pellet loads? Another thing, how about a PinoyMTBiker-Airsoft Race? WE race on our bikes from point to point, then dismount and shoot targets at certain areas similar to the ski-shoot race I see on TV.
