i've taken up a new hobby, painting! thanks to Olympus Master raceday (oil on canvas) on and on (watercolor) alone (oil on canvas)

unfortunately, the above are works of modern tecnology. Amazing how it actually can reproduce oil and watercolor eh? Just need to get the right picture taken, then run it over a digital software. still would produce some pretty neat artwork though. i plan to have these printed and hang on my wall

looks cool. I wonder if there's a way to reproduce the texture that an oil painting on canvas has. the faux shadows depicting brush marks looks pretty good on my computer monitor, how does it look on the print? or is faux texture too much of an oxymoron?
