hi don facundo, great recipes! i haven't tried any of them but i'm saving them for future use. they sound yummy though... question, would you happen to have an easy homemade granola/cereal bar recipe? i love brining these on rides but the groceries i go to always run out. my cousin and i used to bake rice crispies and marshmallow but the bars would be too sweet... what would be a good binder besides marshmallow? i want to try making muesli bars...

sizzling chicken curry
200 gm boneless chicken parts 50 gm frozen vegetables (corn, carrots, peas) 2 small bell pepper 2 pc garlic 1/2 onion 2 tsp curry powder salt/ pepper

chicken inasal marination!!! sizzling version (inasal literally means: INIHAW)
1 kg chicken parts 500 ml sprite/ 7up 50 ml vinegar (dont use euro version, asian only) 2 stalks lemongrass (tanglad) crushed 3 tbsp brown sugar 20 gm ginger crushed atsuete oil
marinate for 2 hours. pan fry chicken until cooked. reserve juice and cook it until reduced... put in a sizzling plate...
