"She loved me at my worst, you had me at my best, and you chose to break my heart . . . . " Definitey good chemistry between John Loyd and Bea Alonzo, and this move shows it. the story is pretty straightforward and simple, two people who have their lives ahead of them, feeling trapped and trying to find themselves along the way, realizing, they have to grow up and grow apart before they can love each other truly. Cinematography is excellent, and locations used are really good(for those who've watched it, the resto in the movie is Bellini's, a quaint little Italian resto in Cubao, just behind the Markina Shoe Expo, a nice date place . Drama is interwoven excellenty between humor (you just don't drink shampoo), with the barkada of Popoy (John Loyd) and Basha (Bea Alonzo) supporting and criticizing them along the way. All in all, a movie about friendship, love, growing up together, growing up apart, discovering yourself, and our plans in life. This will be a definite tearjerker for those who've just been recently in a break-up, particularly a break-up where both of you still have feelings for each other but somehow just can't seem to make it work . . . check out the trailer at ". . . ang totoo hanggang ngayon umaasa parin ako na sabihin mo sa akin na ako pa rin, ako na lang, ako na lang ulit." hahahaha tama na drama. let's ride!

hey it's not a breakup. it's about growing up, and falling back in love. kaya nga One More Chance eh hehehehehehe happily in love? try I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry laugh trip! or how about Il Mare? The original Korean version of The Lakehouse. i'd also recommend the play Sinta shown in Sibol at the Ateneo HS. Good play for a date, or for those happily in love. It's minimilist approach (no props on stage) pero very well written. It has the same theme, young love tested by reality, the ache of growin up, and finding each other once more. One line I'll always remember from that play is Sinta: Saan ka nanggaling? Ano nangyari sa yo? Narding: Sa akin? Nangyari sa akin ang mundo. Naks hahahaha

yeah they do, but it's only at Valentines where they invite Alumni as the cast. Otherwise, you get HS kids playing the part.

hahaha the guy who plays Narding is my classmate. since HS he's been playing the part. 5 years graduate na playing the part still annother line that's memorable is about the one actor who's sole role was dying. And when he was giving a speech about his part . . . "labinglimang taon na akong namamamatay . . . "

Not a fan of John Lloyd-Bea Alonzo love team but I had to see this movie as my better-half asked me to accompany her...and my way also in securing a whole day visa for the recently concluded Kandila Welcome ride for da Man (sir Enzo). Seeing the movie somehow brought me back (kind of) to those days when I was so much in love with my wife . And there's just this one line in this movie that struck me the most: "She had me at my worst...you had me at my best" A friend by the name of Noel (NVP) also watched this movie and quoted him as saying, "Naiyak ako pards..." Don't worry pards, ako din eh! ;D ;D ;D But seriously, it was a nice movie. Didn't like the ending though, happy ending, you know, typical pinoy love story. So, to you John L and Bea A, 4 chillis!

Yeah, that's the formula for Pinoy romance . . . no matter what happens, they will always get back together (with the complete theme song playing in the end). I love happy endings hehehe
a lot better than the usual outing at the beach during the 80s films hehehehe
