Anybody know where I can bring my IPod Shuffle for repair?
I plug it into my laptop and it doesn't detect it. It says USB device cannot be recognized. I can't even update or reformat the Shuffle via IPod updater- it won't detect it. Neither does iTunes.
iPod sucks!

brad,
there's an IPOD center in Vira Mall Greenhills. If your ipod is still under warranty, there is no problem cause, they'll replace it with a brand new unit, but if its already out of warranty it isn't repairable. Just like what happened to my Photo, the warranty has already lapsed for about 2 weeks and as i have said it ain't repairable, now the only use it has is either a room ornament or as a paper weight. Good Luck on your IPOD brad!!!
IPOD Sucks big time...

In my case it isn't about the software, the problem I had was hardware, the earphone socket got busted... I've been to 2 Apple Centers and they have the same findings... the unit is not repairable... Should have gotten the extended warranty if only I knew that this s*it is disposable...
