Way to go, Papi!
I'm sure your sweet smile will brighten up every ride, day in and day out.
It takes a confident person like Papi to ride a full featured mojo like that one.
Imagine if it was someone else who's got the Mojo, instead of everybody saying...
"Here comes Papi Rocky with his Mojo oh... sarap kasama sa ride." (I'm so honored to be riding with da Idol)
it might come out like this:
"Here comes sino-yun with his Mojo oh... sarap itulak sa bangin, ingatan yung bike ha..." (Here comes nobody with his Mojo... how about a push? save the bike ha...) ;D

well, I guess they have almost used every word... aside from... <P.E.R.F.E.C.T.>
it may not be the brand with the "T" starting it... but still it's a MOJO! ! ! (more times better) that's what simply describe it...
Congrats po PapiRocky...

hey rocky - man,
that is such a nice bike. i know it costs a lot, but the nice thing about bikes is you get what you pay for. I am sure that will be like a samurai sword cutting thru butter.
glad goyo had the foresight to bring in the IBIS brand

That would be a cruel place, indeed!_____________________________________________________________________________________________________Then my mind would be void! It might take years of grief and confusion, but I'd narrow it down to something. But meanwhile, I'd be back on my Maestro again (variant of such). PS> Warm accomodation by Sir Goyo & crew. Kudos! More power!

We are proud to be with you on the nite ride last night Rocky. The Mojo is awesome. The pleasure is mine. You all smoked moi Ibis Mojo climbing your Ortigas Center mini-versions of Maarat and Sierra Madre Hotel 'kunat'. Rather, you smoked the rider pala. Never Ibis Mojo on climbs. As a result of last night's 20 kms fun ride, and yesterday morning's 40 kms Licao-Licao Loop test ride, Ibis Mojo acted funky, all stretched out, and compressed early today. I brought Ibis Mojo back to Randy (d'Mechanic) to re-tune disc brake, front and rear derailleur, and crankset alignment. Ibis Mojo from hereon is trail ready.

I don't have any thing to say about it but please please take good care of your self. I don't want any accidents to happen to you again. Before you go trail go to your doctor and check if you are good to trail. And try next time to be more careful when you trail. Check the condition of the area before you go and keep in mind that we are still here beside you to remind you to ride safely. And remember the Noodle town boys will always be there when ever you got problems. We are here to support you. And give you advice. After all you have been our pal for so long. So keep up the good work and ride safely. Charlie B. Barkin

man check your body weight as well you don't want to be blown away by the wind when you ride this bike. I have an experience. when I ride on a lighter MTB. My weight is only 50 KGs. on a strong wind, it push me sideways letting me and my bike to the center island when I am running fast. Note: Heavy people, light bike. Light people heavy bike.

With all due respect, can you please elaborate what you're trying to say here with regards to bike weight and rider weight? You know you can't easily change any of those at a moments notice, so it really comes down to technique. Like lowering your center of gravity, tucking in your elbows, lowering your head, etc.

Kiddfoes.
"What happened to the trek fuel??"
The Trek Fuel EX 9.5 will remain a dream. So desireable yet so unreachable. Local Trek Dealer Distributor had the bigger say. They opted to ignore and bypass and didn't bother to reply to my e-mail regarding single order of 2008 Trek Fuel EX 9.5 I transacted with them in exchange from what I was told for being so busy opening a new Giant Bicycle Store.
When they realized they haven't answered my E-Mails despite three earlier attempts in my part to call their attention via Extremes Bike Shop re my order, it was too late. Whole of PinoyMTBiker community got involved ordering for me Ibis Mojo instead.
Two days after this Ninong and Ninang thread was posted, it was only at this time that local Trek Dealer bothered to reply to my e-mail query status of my Trek Fuel EX 9.5 delivery.
If this is not a classic case of poor customer service, then what is?

If this is not a classic case of poor customer service, then what is? it seems everybody have nothing but good things to say about mojo as far as internet reviews...everybody, that has given me an accurate view as I can get without actually riding the bike. maybe trek is not really intended for you. what you got now is an outperformer. so, let yourself loose with your new rig fafarocky...just be safe now sometimes you just shake your head off in disbelief and disgust when you find yourself not treated right. it just makes it easier for people with good business bureau practice to shine brightly...and this time it's the ibis .

Sure timotz.
With Timotz and Ibis.
Lopes and Ibis.
Waaahhhh. Where does this leave FaFaRocky and Ibis?
I am being left behind. My real intention for Ibis is to use it as the equivalent of my rocking chair now that I am fully retired. I will be rocking the Ibis up and down...up and down...all mountainous trails... to put me too deepest slumber down memory lane.
My porch being all mountain trails of Licao-Licao Batman trails of course. That Ibis will tackle with outmost ease and comfort.
PaPiRock and Ibis. Perfect retirement match.

If only I can tell you how many PinoyMTBiker's made "hipo" translation in English ("chancing") the naked carbon frame of this Ibis Mojo, shame and scandal in our Family talaga. I am looking forward to riding with you too and Nards and Makati Night riders.
