props jay18, keep up the practice. Learning to ride on the rear tire will do wonders for your riding.
Some points I noticed on your video: you have the foot position. Please correct it as soon as possible. Noticed that because your not wearing shin pads. I quoted some articles about it here...please look for it. It is very important that you correct it early on.
come ride with us sometime. Im glad that many are taking up trials...

Hi Ian, you look like a soldier in your avatar ;D jay18 the shin pads BTW are for when you have the correct foot position hehe watch out for those slips, you don't want your pedals eating away your shins

Remember when having a frame made, Ave will require you to bring your geometry specs with you. He will refuse to accept the job if you don't have any specs. May I suggest checking out some online references for your frame....will it be a street trials rig? Try looking for the geo on a manifesto frame. He will need your: Wheelbase Rear Center Front Center Fork Angle Fork Rake Fork Length Seatube height Seattube angle On top of that you have to specify your maximum tire width and please remind him not to put the seat stay brace so near the tires. One most important thing I suggest you do is to ask Ave to bring the Vbrake boss nearer to the rim, try to bring a v-brake and set the pads almost to the lowest adjustment or the pads must be near the pivot of the v-brake. This will give greater braking power. if this is a trials bike you would thank me for saying it later on. You will have power close to a magura.

thanks for the info, pat. isn't the fork angle same with the head angle?
hehehe, you're right. i'm eyeing for the manifesto's geometry. i'll tell ave to copy also the seat stay brace. the manifesto's frame has it's derailleur hanger built-in, right? does ave do that to?

All cromo frames has the hanger built-in. Ave has all the parts needed to make the frame supplied (ie. dropouts, bosses, chainstay, seatstay, toptube etc.) BTW when asked about fork lenght its the entire length of the fork not the travel of the fork. If you must bring printed copies of parts you want copied. nikkocholo etc. see you guys on Feb. 10
