Hi guys, I join the Castaic race today and it was fun. I finished the lap with few obstacles. I had cramped in the middle track of my second loop. I lost probably around 10+ minutes of my time. My lungs was ok but my legs give up during climbing. I can't moved for a while cause both of my legs lock up. Probably the heat .. is around 95 degrees today and my group start at 10:40 a.m. Thanks to my 12 year old son did the picture taking for the race. Check the pictures.. On my BIB I put the Pinoy MTBikers logo. Race pictures: www.imagestation.com/album/?id=4287314661user:junior65 pw:junior

thanks gul for the complements. That day many bikers had cramps and did not finish the race. Luckily I was be able to recover with a help of a fellow biker provided cold water and motivate me to get up to continue. I thank him after the ride.

As of today i officially start training for my 12 hrs race this august 7. Dadj, Good luck my man. You have a lot of time to do it. I did once in Ensinada Mexico but at that time we did a 4 men relay. My advice is to train in longer rides and lots of intervals.

Gulli, Is that the reason why Lance got devorsed? Ok lang di manalo wag lang abstinence, hehe!
Jr, yeah! for those kind of race long interval/rides talaga is impt., right now im still trying to shape my time around. For you 15th place is not bad considering most of the best riders are in california.
