I had this feeling of numbness on my groin when biking on long periods i do 20km a day and took me 25 mins for 10 kms. Somehow i manage to avoid it by adjusting the seatpost height and moving my butt on different position. do i need to worry about something or is it normal to experience it when in wrong position?

vlad! you need to have your bike fitted for you in a reputable LBS or by somebody who knows how to do it.if you are able to avoid it by changing your seating position, then perhaps your bike's geometry really needs to be adjusted to your biking position. otherwise, you need to buy a looser underwear.LOL

Just to add to what trance03 mentioned.
On groin numbness: I felt this the first time I went up the wall. It was also the first time I used cycling shorts. Scary sh!t; I thought I left "it" somewhere below ;D Maybe I wasn't used to wearing tight shorts that time because I never felt it again (and I hope I won't feel the numbness there ever again, ka-praning).
On wrist numbness: I guess it happens when you ride over really rough terrain. My use of a rigid fork also doesn't help. Try applying an ice pack over your wrist after rides. Massaging your forearm also helps relieve the numbness. I promise myself to go visit a doctor the next time I feel wrist numbness again.

maybe youre right trance, i wasn't wearing my cycling shorts on that day as it's basa so i tried briefs instead which i think is not good. And that scary sh?t thing that we've felt is really scary though, hehehe. I even jumped out of my saddle just to make it's not lost!!! regarding my wrist maybe it's important to consider bike geometry. I'm currently riding my bike on different seat post height trying to figure out which is the best and easiest position i can pedal back home.
