Read an article about Biking and Yoga. (I'll post the pictures and instructions later.) For now, any thoughts among you guys and gals specially those who are suffering from neck and back (lumbar) pain, slipped disc/s, and the like. Is this also good even before the aforesaid happens?

Yes, I started some yoga positions to help with my lower back and IT Band tightness.
I do not remember where I found the article, but the article mentioned a couple pro bikers who experienced hip pains. Yoga was used to remedy their problems.
