After my last ride, parang something gets snagged in my knee when it's bent, tapos i-extend ko sya, normal ba ito for newbie riders or there is something wrong with my knee?

Sounds like a torn meniscus. Your femoral condyles get "caught" in the tear and gives you the feeling that your knee catches onto something. Could have been caused by a rotational force applied to the knee...
Should be easy to diagnose. Go to your local sports ortho and with a few simple manual tests he'll let you know if it is indeed torn.
