Haven't you guys notice that cold is common when climate changes that is from hot to cold or cold to hot. Quick relief, soup with a little amount chili oil will be great. It will make you sweat and clear the nose temporarily. Warm shower also helps.

If you got a steamer, place your head above the steam at a comfortable distance and cover your head with a towel to get more steam as you can. Do it as long as you can and as soon as you feel the relief. 2. Steambath, my fave! Relieves not only cold, but muscle and joint pains as well. 3. Takes Neosep before numbers one and two. Relieved? soup (sinigang, mami, wanton), then i take calamansi juice (good if your throat is itchy)
