stop excessive alcohol intake, eat light before dinner, turn off the lights at a set sleeping time...works for some, not all

Some of my friends use this technique........ Feedbacks are certainly effective...... Eto walang halong malisya, try to have an ejaculation, in about 10-15 mins after the climactoric phase and the resolution phase you will feel that youre now ready to sleep...... Just try it in any form, whether with your partner or doing it solo.....

Don't take after noon nap. It will mess up your sleep pattern at night.

Heard from Korina Sanchez...wala lang, just heard over the radio while driving to work...that she takes an over-the-counter tab called melatonin??? to have a good night's rest. Sa mga resident docs natin...is this safe and effective??

dont get angry and frustrated that you cant fall asleep. lalo kang di makakatulog. divert your mind from focusing too much on trying to go to sleeep. ako i try to imagine things like riding my dream sportbike etc. basta pleasant things..tapos bigla na lang alarm clock na susunod na maririnig mo ;D ;D kailangan mo na gumising.
works for me everytime. i guess imagining pleasant things relaxes the mind. pucha, sa tutuo lang problema ko pano gumising eh

when your an insomiac don't any medicine (slipping pills) once you get used to it your will try to drink more pills until you become addicted to it..... i'm an insomiac and i try to sleep regular hours but when you work in an advetising agency you can't sleep at regular hours.... due to my insomnia, i usually speed a maximum of 4 hours only, minsan pag maraming work di ako natutulog.... try to drink milk and if you still can't sleep try counting sheeps.......... or maybe bikes!!!!!!!
RIDE HARD, RIDE FREE... STAY GOLD!!!!!!!

Your right Tolits sometime is very frustrating not having enough sleep. Especially you have a special occasion or event the following day. If I try to MB every night before going to sleep di kaya ako maging maniac. ;D ;D ;D
I read victim of rare chronic colestite total insomnia make a person never goes to sleep in years.
