The benifits of hot water will relax you muscle and make your blood cinculation better. This help a lot after a rigorous exercise like biking. I usually take shower with warm water after rides. I massage my legs, arms and neck when taking shower

Totoo kaya ito? hmm.... lagi ko itong naririnig na tinatanong mula pa noong studyante pa ako..... but after all the research, pangungulit ng mga sports therapists, physiologists, anatomists etc etc ad nauseam..... there is really no such thing as pasma. asides from how do they explain marathon swimmers who are definitely expending a lot of energy while swimming 5 to 10 miles, triathletes, and of course mga mountain bikers who sometimes get caught in the rain... you guys... do you have any experience like this? pero bukod doon... tama na exposure to hot or warm water post exercise causes your blood vessels to dilate even more or remain so. kaya ka naantok dahil mas kakaunti na ang dugo na umaabot sa iyong utak na nasa ulo.... it also helps injured, strained or stressed muscles to recover a bit faster... kaya tayo na!!! mag sauna na tayo!!! ;D
