Again, I dont believe on Pasma. Look at those marathoners they wet themselves with ice water during races.
I respected our lolo's and lola's but regarding pasma and wrapping you with blanket when you are having a fever is a no..no.

Botulinum Toxin A injections are an effective and well-tolerated treatment for Axillary Hyperhidrosis. The results usually last for 4-16 months. Not really recommended for Palmar Hyperhidrosis because of pain during injections and occasional transient generalized muscle weakness in the hands after treatment. Sympathectomy is still the recommended treatment for palmar hyperhidrosis. thanks again doc..

A wram or hot shower after an activity is ok but not exceeding 5 mins and not as in cold water. I think your body will be shock with the sudden change in temperature. rest lang for awhile, when the body reached it nornal temperature i think taking a shower is not bad.

Speaking of sudden change in temperature.
Rugby and football(soccer) players in Europe have a bathtub full of ice in their lockers. During halftime, they immerse they're bodies in the tub for a few minutes to flush out the lactic acid from their muscles. When the 2nd half begins, they are all fresh and ready to go.

Just want to inform you that the ACE water spa in Banawe have this ice water pool and 3 heated pools. The instruction is to dip into the hot pool for 10 (or 20 minutes) then dip into the ice pool for 1 minute. Jump into the 2nd hotter pool for another 10 minutes, the dip into the ice pool for 1 minute again. Jump into the 3rd hottest pool for another 10 minutes, and dip into the ice pool for 1 minute the 3rd time. If you did it without getting cardiac arrest, then it proves that you're in great shape. I went from hot pool to hotter pool to the hottest pool without dipping into the ice pool. One touch of my toe in the ice pool and I froze! I did not have company that time so I didn't risk going in the ice pool since I was worried I won't be able to get myself out the minute my whole body sinks in the ice water! Might try it once if I'm able to get my (hot) cardiologist to join me sometime!

pinched nerve" while gripping the handlebars? yes.. i think it has a lot to do with the ergonomics of the handlebar grips.. Not only the grips, but the height of the bar relative to the seat, and the angle of the brake levers. I used to lose feeling in the outer 3 fingers of each hand after long rides on my XC bike; raising the bar slightly and changing the brake lever angle solved the problem.

Isn't there a misconception about ice baths? The articles written here focus more on the legs. Does ice baths means submerging your whole body in cold ice water after a hard workout/game? or is it just submerging both the legs? now, submerging the lower body or legs in particular afetr a workout would sound great, but the whole body? i don't hink so. good day fellas!

Watch the film titled THE GAME PLAN, played by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.
There was a locker scene where he was submerged in a portable tub full of ice, with only his shoulders and head out of the ice water.
