"tis not for me but for my kids...sobrang init na kasi ngayon and konting likot at laro lang nila, basang-basa na kaagad ng pawis ang likod. So I end up wiping their backs every 30 minutes...and this leads my inquiring mind to ask...talaga bang masama na patuyuin ang pawis sa likod? Bakit? Ano pwedeng mangyari? Hope there's a doctor or someone in the house to enlighten us

gt, i'm talking as a former asthma sufferer, and a survivor of many bouts of colds, pneumonia as a child and as a teenager... sweat is needed to cool the body down and nature's way of preventing our bodies from overheating...its when wind hits our sweat covered bodies that causes trouble, causing body temp to drop drastically and abnormally. my doctors and parents would always tell me to change my shirt, wipe my chest and back before the wind hits it. almost like gulping down ice water after a sprint...bad. sip it don't gulp it hehehe check this with a doctor so you can be sure
