Crash..

Today supposed to be a warm up ride for tomorrow long ride but upon riding downhill and drafting with one fellow TK member I didnt realize were going to make a right. Since I was to close probably traveling around 25 -30 miles a hour. I loosed control during the turn I hit the rear tire of the guy in front of me and crushed . My helmet cracked in 5 different areas, long scrapped on my left elbow, deep scrapped on my left arm. Scratches on my leg, on my upper shoulder and a swollen left butt (big as a knuckle). I able to ride back home but limited power of my left leg due to the butt muscle spasm. Also having a stiffed neck . The bad thing both my shifter/lever were damaged. . So no ride for tomorrow and need rest for my butt ;D. The pain was better now compare with I just got home (cant even walked 5 steps). I apply ice for 2 hours and strecthing for 1 hr. I would say another proved helmet save your melon on crushes, without it I dont know what happen because I feel the impact when I hit my head on the road cement.

Ouch. I can feel you. So no ride on Labor Day. That's a bomber. I think road crashes is more painfull than in mountain. I experience that near our house in Makati, I was riding in the street and when I crossed a bridge I fell down. No scratch but my hip bones is hurting for at least one week..... Get well soon, jr.... Thanks again guys/gals..so far I'm doing ok. Its uncomtable seating side ways though and the stiffed neck. The left butt chick was purple luckily had little muscle there to support when I landed first ;D ;D . Kate..yap been applying Neosporin since the beginning of the crashed. Now, I need replacement of both shifters and helmet. Or listen to my wife...sell the bike .
