Had a blast at Macapagal last sunday, my ride buddies target was a liesurely run of 30 - 35 KPH, was true in the warm up lap (From Mcdo up to past Uniwide, about 5km one round) after which the pace was increasing to past 35KPH, then one guy on a Mtn bike increased the pace to 40KPH on one stretch, whew heart rate to the max! Then all hell broke loose on my final stretch I saw my cyclo computer reading at 44KPH.... what a ride , did about 40KM total on that day.

I train at Rocky Road, Macabud, LicaoLicao, Brickstown, Araneta Property, and back to Quirino Highway from my Fairview home. Total distance 40 kms. Duration 4 hours at 10 kms per hour. I do this twice per week. I never tire of this trail. Each time I do it, it poses a different challenge and gratifies with each own set of magic.

Can someone give me the exact route of the Ayala Alabang loop? I am familiar with Ayala Alabang, but want to know the route(s) -- I believe there are several? I know one route is 12km (Madrigal, left at Country Club, Left Acacia (going to St James Church), then... ??)
There was also another route, yes?
Thanks!

I live in the New Manila area and usually I do Ultra climb in Pasig on weekdays. I climb the Ultra/Green Valley side and do repeats up and down. I've seen roadies do the the other side St. Paul for their training. I started doing the St Paul up and Green Valley down and soon reversed direction when I gained strength. Now I just do the Green Valley side up and down for faster intervals. Doing it from anywhere as 5 FAST repeats to 15 Endurance climbs, depending on my schedule. anybody know how long this loop is in km? how long is the climb?
