hi Sir spyghost, actually I'm 41 yrs. old na po, the thing is, yung hypertension ko is not for my cholesterol, low po ang cholesterol ko around 163 pero ngayun nag meds po ako therablock 50mg for 7 days, kasi nag 120/100 daw ako nung nagpa check up sa clininc ni doc, it just saddens me Sir, kasi love na love ko po ang mountain biking, at sabi niya flats nalang daw muna, oh no! baka i need to see ibang doctor nito pang 2nd opinion, ni dehins nga ako nag palpitate eh, at for me naka help talaga ang biking regarding sa heart kasi mataas yung resistance natin sa palpitation, iwan ko lang, just my observation lang sa sarili ko. dehins kaya mis diagnosis ni doc?huhuhu! anyways, maraming salamat Sir Spyghost for a very quick reply po! more power to you! ride safe Sir!

Get a second opinion. I used to have hypertension. But it’s all good now because of running and biking. But it’s best really to get a second opinion and dig deeper into the cause of your hypertension.

Maraming sanhi ng paghihilo. It could be stress, hunger, or cardiac, or sinus congestion, or hypoglycemia, or simply fatigue. Go to a doctor and get as comprehensive a checkup as you can afford (blood tests, X-rays, stress tests, etc.). Also make notes on your lifestyle and what might be stressing you out. 41 is not really old, but not exactly young anymore. Be sensitive to your body. It might be trying to tell you something.

before you ride a trail (with strenuous uphill sections), be sure to get complete sleep and that you're body is in a good condition. don't force yourself, it's ok to push your bike once in a while
