Yan ang medyo dehins ko ginagawa, future proofing. Sa dami ng tech changes, better just get the mainstream. Dati, may 96er, 69er, or new standards ng hub width. Hassle kapag nag future proof. Besides, by the time mag trickle down yung tech at may pambili na ako, mura na sila he he. Kung mawala and 9mm qr at mating standard ang 15mm ta, hihintayin ko na lang, he he

ang 15mm TA was started by 2 giants of the industry, Shimano and Fox. Others are just starting to follow suit. kaya sabi sa 'yo hintayin mo lang, he he.

even xcr, other than weight, wala rin akong issue sa kanya. in fact it took 8 years bago ako nagpalit ng fork. and that's because nagkaroon ng kalawang yung stanchions. i'm not proud of it pero yan yung fork ko na never ko binuksan, at na-ride sa ulan at araw. minsan naiiwan ko pa yung bike ko na walang takip, nauulanan sa bahay.

my question about this hub is serviceability, for the longest time im using shimano hubs, lahat ng LBS kaya siya iservice/repack, no idea sa mga sealed bearings like Koozer, madali din ba palitan bearing nito?

i've had those hubs for more than 10 years and logged more than 7000kms exposed to the elements. never nabuksan, pinarepack ko 2 weeks ako, dehins na maalis yung bolt para mabuksan. walang kalog ang bearings, spins like new. yung parang axle lan sa gitna ang medyo may resistance pero naayos din naman.

yan lagi ang tintingnan ko sa mga parts ko, serviceability, I think i'll stick to my Shimano Deore hubs, until malaman ko kung ano hubs na sealed bearing madaling Iservice at hanapan ng parts.

Any update sa Koozer hubs ? Seems like eto yung pinaka common na mabibili dito sa area ko..
Ang choice ko lang here are Novatec and Koozer for my budget.

I would go with Novatec as it is a more recognized global brand than Koozer. Check with the Novatec website just to be sure what you're buying is authentic.

Went with koozer. Been using it for almost a year now, and only repacked once(rear only, front unopened yet). Nawawala yung loud sound after a while, but then again I purchased it because of the color and because it was on sale.
Drops okay, jumps okay, long rides okay.
If I had the dough back then, and if the colors had variety, I'd probably go with Novatec.
