tibay ng soles niyan, from used aircraft tires kapit sa griptape ng skateboard, kapit sa pins ng pedals pero dehins madaling mapuod.

Ang gaganda. Mas mura nga ng di hamak yung shoes nila. Pero the fact that I know they're used for biking, I'm gonna be happy with these kicks. Mukhang OK na OK to sa pedals with pins.

meron ding flat ang sandugo. nakalimutan ko lang pangalan eto yung shoes na gamit ko. 😂 Had i seen attack shoes, i wouldve bought em instead. Pero so far satisfied naman ako sa Sandugo Uptown, madami dami na din kami pinagdaanan, trails and paved.

Maganda rin naman yung Uptown. Actually I want to buy them both. NOT at the same time, but I probably will get Attack and Sandugo.

My problem with the sandugo is that the stitches gets on the sole gets detached after 3-4 months of everyday use but this can be fixed by a simple stitch from your friendly Mr. Quickie (which i think does a good job with the stitch), mas ok din kung genuine leather yung gagamitin for the Uptown model

Make sure may mabibilhan ka ng cleats kasi mas mabilis maupod compared to shimano.

I'll go for clipless Sir, pero both pedal ma clipless or flat is good, depends on the riders preference lang yan talaga.

not sure if i mentioned this, but i’ll go for the traditional cup/ cone shimano design for pedals clipless or platform.
igus bushes wear ‘a lot’ and in my use, a year of use still doesn’t justify it as unfortunately spares are sometimes not available. worse part is that the local rep doesn’t even know what it is. worst perhaps is that it will never be available.

Flat Pedal Review: I've tested the Sandugo and Attack flats (the owner is a friend and teammate). I also own FiveTens and Shimano Vibrams.
In terms of outright grip on platform pedals:
1) FiveTen (Stealth is hard to beat) 2) Attack (it is not Stealth but close enough that weekend riders won't notice a difference) 3) Shimano Vibram and Sandugo (gum sole pictured above)
In terms of grip on muddy soil (hike-a-bike does happen):
1) Shimano Vibram 2) Sandugo 3) Attack 4) FiveTens (Stealth is a btch on wet slushy mud)
Durability:
1) Attack and Sandugo 2) Shimano and FiveTen
On durability, note that most new flat pedal shoe designs no longer have the sole stitched to the upper, which means the adhesive will not be able to take the heat and abuse from the very hot or very wet/muddy conditions on trails in the Philippines. My FiveTens and Shimanos have all needed to pay a visit to Mr. Quickie at some point just to get the soles stitched.
Hope this helps!

stealth rubber has delamination issues. mine showed after 8 months of use. but it's nothing that a simple adhesive can't fix. mi6 rubber claims to have fixed this issue. i've got no experience on mi6 so can't really say first hand (i do like how the freerider pro looks like) yes, stealth rubber is PITA to walk/climb on gooey stuff. everything sticks to it literally. it's very grippy when clean though (tested it on smooth tiles), but obviously this test doesn't prove anything lol. this interests me on attack... might be worth having one for bike playground use i like the mallows

cleats for long uphill climbs pero kung light trails lang, flats would do Absolutely very correct.....It's what I do. I think Crankbrothers have pedals which can be used as platform or clipless. Not sure tho.
