check mo muna sa shops sa inyo kung anong available na pwede sa frame mo. not because it's "oversize" eh bibili ka na lang. is it straight? integrated? internal?
FSA, Ritchey, Cane Creed are just a few brands to choose from.

oversized is a very abused term in almost any industry. every now and then the bike industry 'sizes up'. what frame are you using? what is the current headset installed? there are lots of chiwanese cartridge bearing headsets in local shops. as always when it comes to headsets, it boils down to the the type of heasdset, bore diameter and depth. on this part i am not very sure - that is if you can re-use the existing crown race on your fork. but honestly, whether the instructions or the mech (specially) say it's compatible, i'd rather have it replaced with what comes with the new headset. for reference here's an objective way to look at headset specs: www.canecreek.com/resources/products/headsets/technical-specifications/headset-identification-and-specification-guide.pdf

yeah, oversized is called oversized until there's something bigger LOL so it's not a very precise thing to say. it just adds to the confusion
perhaps the OP is referring to headset for 1 & 1/8 straight steerer? be sure to buy the correct one for your frame. there are basically 2 types: integrated and non-integrated. just google the difference
i've used genuine cane creek and fake cane creek. when buying fakes and other cheapo headsets make sure to avoid the ones w/ plastic parts like spacers, etc.
i'm holding now a mountainpeak integrated which costs P500. for an upcoming build. cartridge bearings. i'm pretty sure it won't give me any problems
