Last April, Dan's introduced one of its newest brands, Hutchinson tires, to dealers, athletes and media.
Established in 1853, Hutchinson is a French company founded by Hiram Hutchinson, with its first products being coated fabrics under the brand name, Aigle.
By 1890, Hutchinson was producing bicycle tires. In 1909, it won its first competition with Leon Georget thanks to its “Monofil” tire. Today, the company produces tires for both road and MTB.
Hutchinson has its own Research & Development Center at its factory in Montargis, and has an extensive lineup of tires for nearly all bicycle applications including XC, enduro, all mountain, downhill free ride, recreation, road, triathlon, gravel, cyclosport, and touring.
