23k sir according to some online retailers. probably better to swap out the rings on an XTR set with lighter ones to achieve the same weight.

That's a good idea edge ;D I have that thought the moment i saw th RF rings. In fairness, the RF rings shifts almost like the big S. You wont notice it but there's just a teeny weenie bit of advantage over the RF rings.

I just came from the fairwheelbikes.com to check out some extralite rings. You save up to 50g if you swap them out - roughly 7thou more though.
