maybe its lighter compared to the clean sweep rotor but it doesn't solve the errrr! sound it makes.

i don't think it's differerent from the existing with regards to performance... it's still a mech... it's just have a different coating... same rotors as well.... if you'll upgrade from mech then go hydraulics directly... hydraulics are not that expensive nowadays...

Same banana, different banana peel. nice yeah... same banana, different peel. the rotors may be light but it heats up a lot and doesn't dissipate heat well... i've got mine, though just a BB5, almost blackened.

clean sweep rotor is better... mine is BB5 w/ 8" rotors (clean sweep) Bought the set last 2004... paired the calipers w/ avid SD7 levers. My application had brought this pair to its limits. I used mine for trail, freeride and downhill racing and yet it stood up my beating. The pair is still going strong.

Same banana, different banana peel. nice Since when did SRAM replaced that Red Knob Adjuster of the Pads? or is it just on the 08's? coz i have 3 pairs of BB7, So Far in my 4 yrs of using it, I lost about 2 pairs of the Inner and the Outer Knob. My only complaint about diz Stoppers.

maybe its lighter compared to the clean sweep rotor but it doesn't solve the errrr! sound it makes. So you hear that too? Yeah that's been a problem for me and I was thinking that my brakes were not set right. Other than that however, I have no complaints. They stop you cold which is more than I can say for my old brakes. ;D
