the drop off iv and the mz ii are as sweet as my sukang paombong, and if i don't appear sarcastic, i am!
the sliders are steel! ( i am massively peeved at this!!!)

president owen, you mean the sliders are steel or the stanchions? if they did make the sliders steel then that would be a BIG problem if you wanna save on weight.

hmp this is the main reason why sometimes i don't wanna log on to pinoymtb, seeing new cool stuff available ..... joke joke joke wow....look at that flat crowned 888 looks very wicked and sturdy ;D ;D ;D and the drop off with QR skewers it's such a joy seeing them even just in pictures ;D i agree with raven, italian is the way to go as much as possible ;D oh well, better close my eyes then

from what i hear 888 and 66 are made in taiwan.... next is DJs and the MX... the others montsters and shivers are made in italy!!!!!!! if youre reffering to the 05 line up, thats inaccurate, 888 and 66 are made in italy, the ones that come with the marz fork bag are all made in italy(not sayin all the ones that dont arent)

does the quality differ from the italian made (with taiwan that is)? dont you think that the materials used for the taiwan made forks are the same with that of italians? good thing i bought '03 models. but the '06 models look wicked! i hope the quality is ok.... im eyeing for the '06 drop off....sigh

agree with you brad! not the usual color for a fork.... ;D but i think Manitou has already a pink Dorado last year... Darren Berrecloth and Cedric Gracia has one of them... but only for their sponsored riders. i guess pink 888 will be a best seller when it comes out... or is it only for their sponsored riders?
