In fact, the project is already last time buy or production discontinue na... but with the service of "The D" for his anodizing. you can ask to anodize the cover from gold to red.... For the Tension wheels (lower Pulley) since this is common to shimano. I have a lot of red cover for this, not sure if the red of "the D" is perfectly same. More jockey wheels will be available end of this March...

Hi Judex!
May I ask why you use the KCNC at the bottom? Or you have a spare lying around? Can you install the JockX at the bottom too?
It is really possible to do it this way but the jockey on the top is not fitted properly giving more play or space for the chain to squeeze into and cause delay. I can see that the plates are not aligned.
But if this works and your happy with it, congrats!

Eiy Idol Bong,
I have not installed mine yet but reading all the reviews, I think there is really something which need to be done on the pulleys. Instead of modifying our RD plates, the pulleys should adopt to the plates and not the plates adopting to the pulleys. It's only a minor adjustment I believe.
I can install it on the upper part of the RD but not on the lower part. What I want to happen is that I'll be able to install both the pulleys without any problem.
Just my comment.

i just want to say something about installing the lower jockx pulley... what i did was i added a small-thin washer (1 to 2 mm thick would be sufficient) in between the jockx pulley and the bottom plate (the one nearer to the wheel). so far the RD works perfectly. it does not strain the rd plates and there were no modifications done on it, specifically the "bend". total cost: ten cents.
if somebody has done this and posted it previously, then... hehehe... sorry.
sir bong's jockx wheels rock!

But if this works and your happy with it, congrats! hey enzo! so far its working well, it doesnt feel like the shifting is being delayed, at first it was kinda mis-shifting but after a little fine tuning, it worked perfectly. looking at the spacing, it looks like its awkward but fortunately the pulley still does the job naman. for the bottom pulleys, we used kcnc cuz we only have 1 bjumper jockX wheel. hehe! i hafta admit, we installed the new jockeys just for the bike's pogi points, we cant tell the difference between the stock and the customized one when it comes to performance, and it wud be hard to notice rin cuz this bike is used for DH, not much shifting needed compared to xc or trail riding. take care and god bless, enzo!

Thanks for a very nice picture Collagjiero... Two cases already, this X0 is different with Enzo's X0, the cover of the Jockey wheels is separate from the cage. Same with Kintaro's X7, the cover is attached to the cage. It's really hard to create a standard, Even same brand and model, different structure... ;'( Hi Jess, Got your point, Thanks.... that's the main reason why this case is in the drawing table. But it will take time before it will be released in the market. Might have a problem again in other model... That's Good and Easy solution Raimun. Gives as easy solution for this bending problem...

Thanks for sharing your picture Bm5er... I remember, Dandan did not find any problem installing the JockX to your XTR... My estimate, not less than 10 mins. and I'm already testing your bike... Sorry, for your RD Jessie... Originally, my target is just to change the jockeys pulley. So I don't care about the issue of Tension pulley... but seems, pair is more better and more bling... I also want to share my SRAM X9 RD with the JockX...

after being forewarned on this issue, i am transferring this posts coming from the SRAM vs. Shimano thread Shimano and SRAM is the same shifting response... But I can not tell you why... It's my secret... ;D ;D ;D I'm inclined to agree with your statement. Especially when both have the Bongjumper jockey wheels. ;D ;D ;D My secret is not a secret anymore... You already know it... ;D ;D ;D

Everyone have their views which one is better, and I also post my comparison for this two brand. What is wrong with that? Everyone have their own views, And I also post my views based on my experience with this two brands. It only happened that my solution to make shimano same with SRAM RD in shifting response is already out for sale. But anyway, this is your judgement. I respect your decision...
