Might be too general of a question, since you didn't even give a model. Unless all you care about is which brand has the most positive responses.
What type of riding will you be doing? Tri, time-trial, track, crit racing, endurance/distance, road stage racing, general road training, comfort rides, KOM training, etc? Quintana Roo might have the better name in Tri's, but Fuji might have built a better following on the racing circuit.

thanks for the site.. onga pala.. i should put in more criteria... I'm a beginner thats opting to do triathlon at some point but am on a limited 80,000.00 MAX budget for a bike that will perform well.... now im just looking for a good framset.

If you can ask a relative stateside to ship you one , for the ballpark of 80K you can probably find deals on Ebay and get a 2006 Cervelo P2sl or maybe a Felt S22 with 105 group or buy a Felt B2 frameset for maybe around $600, or a Quintana Roo Kilo .
