You can do it guys! @papa Lenard, is coach Mark aiming for that Kona slot? He can do it!!! Anyway, I just want to share what I did on my IM Langkawi experience last Feb. Register early. It'll save you a $100 then prepare a training plan. I found a 5 month program which is very doable in terms of intensity but the schedule is just hectic. No more time to backout because you'll always think about the expenses you already made. Reserve your airline tickets and hotel a month or 2 before the race. You can buy alcoholic drinks at the town proper

this is soooooooo tempting... aabot kaya ako? ive been swimming... i do about 2km a swim, i swim 2x a day, mon wed and fri... thats 2k total with the drills and stuff... I bike a bit... pero mountain bike... getting a road bike within the year... epon epon... i DO NOT run... i still think im a bit too heavy to run... still at the above 200 lbs range... shet... pero 2 years pa yan... parang kaya...

join the shorter distances first before testing yourself in an IM. the cost to your wallet and body is no joke

Just in case I pass out sa run leg
