I'm planning on it Libre lang mag plan, it still 2 years away Ngayon pa lang we can slowly start building base miles My only problem is my knee and the training time that's why I'm targeting 2010 Think about it guys I AM AN IRONMAN

Sama ka na sa dream This morning , wala naman sa pangarap ko mag ironman Then Trantados had a meeting this afternoon about Langkawi a lot More would have joined kung dehins lang problem ang budget I would have joined but my patella told me to STFU hehe If ever I finish an ironman , I'd eat until I weighed 250lbs and never train again Our club will be doing a balik triathlon this sunday to start training Olympic distance kaagad:) Guys who dont finish will pay for the beer Magkano na ba draft ngayon? haha

I am already an Ironman... as heavy as iron and will sink in water.
That is a great goal. Well besides training for the three disciplines for 2 years, being able to afford it is another hurdle. I'll join the dream. Hopefully it becomes a reality.
So this means I have to pick up my running to join the Milo Manila Eliminations on Aug. 3. Then the National Finals on November 30. Get a road bike early next year. Train swimming in between. Join Sprint distance tris starting next summer then increase distance moving forward. Just thinking about it makes me tired.
Libre managinip (It doesn't cost to dream).
Let's give it a shot!!! Wake me up when it's over.

During the tri yesterday , one of our female members had severe cramps in the middle of the 10k run leg She overheard one of the bystanders say " ang t@t@nga kasi , magbibisikleta tapos tatakbo din pala" hahaha right on How can something so stupid be so addicting
Sa starting line , obvious sa laki ng mga tyan everyone was just starting to train pa lang for the year But Everyone finished the olympic distance ( kasi no choice , gabi na walang jeep pabalik )

pards, I think using an MTB in TPF won't put you in a severe disadvantage haha for the TPF , I plan on intervals pushing a bike uphill Useless mag hill climbs the Philippines' hardest tri daw If you a strong enough base ,mas madali ang oly dist than sa sprint Sprint is pure pain from start to finish , I get fevers after Sa Olympic ( wag lang TPF! , just avoid going anaerobic tapos kain ka lang ng kain , you'll finish middle of the pack, busog , masaya , pwede pa gumimik after

OT but here goes... Life is not a spectator sport. Life is short. We only live once. It's better to have done the best we could and really lived. Is that what you mean Arnel? I know this somebody who showed me his collection of sports cars, his fine knowledge of gourmet food, bars, wine, politics and business. Really amazing guy... until he asked: "why are you doing this? why compete in sports? fine arts? martial arts? literature? math? science? Will you earn a lot of money with it?
Now at your age, you're getting into biking and music? and you have this collection of books, you really read them?To which my response was... "You're right, I look at your achievements (collection of BMW, Porsche, Mercedes, and 4X4... mas mahal pala yung Mercedes kaysa Porsche)and I wonder what the h$ll was I doing the past 25 years... I chose the wrong career!"Who am I to argue with that? Some choose comfort. I chose to be with guys who love pain... must have hurt myself in the head when I was 5...
